Request authorization by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and packaging with supplied tags. Returns go to our company address in France after authorization.

We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged, defective or incorrect items. For a change of mind, you cover return shipping to France. There is no restocking fee. Ordinary return condition requirements do not prevent reporting a defect, damage or wrong item.

Approved refunds are automatically returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
